Reporting to the Area Sales Director of Negative Pressure Regional Business Managers, the RBM is responsible for revenue growth of an area's Negative Pressure. This role will lead the promotional and clinical positioning, presentation, and initiation of S&N NPWT programs with targeted customers. In collaboration with the Area Vice President, District Managers, Key Accounts Director, and post-acute DME team, the RBM will create and execute a strategic business plan to expedite Renasys and Pico's growth within an Area.

What will you be doing?
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop action plans and manage the Negative Pressure pipeline in the Area
- Position S&N Negative Pressure portfolio to C-Level, supply chain management, and key decision-makers
- Achieve Area and District business goals through strategic targeting and clinical value proposition presentations
- Lead new account activation from presentation to implementation
- Maintain relationships with customers, acting as the primary contact and subject matter expert
- Conduct quarterly business reviews, travel up to 75%
What will you need to be successful?
- BA/BS required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of medical sales experience, specifically in capital equipment and NPWT
- Proven success in calling on C-Suite, Administrators, and Purchasing in hospitals and IDNs
- Executive Sales Representative experience is a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in contract negotiations
- Strong communication skills with a successful sales track record
