Regional Sales Manager $100K + Annually With Appointments Set For You.

```Job Summary```

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in your assigned region. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires excellent sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers. $35K base salary + commission

```Responsibilities```

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and new customers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns

- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

- Meet with homeowners and business owners to resolve their issues related to animal and other invading wildlife issues. Offering homeowners and commerical clients a wide range of animal removal options and home repair options.

-Follow up by phone on potential clients.

-Assign and schedule your wildlife technican team to intitate sold services and continue to communicate with your customer through the resolution of completion services.

-Direct face-to face sales presntations.

```Qualifications```

- Proven track record of success in service sales or a related field

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build long-term relationships

- Excellent negotiation and sales closing skills

- Experience in outside sales .

- Proficient in using software.

-Personable and outgoing.

- Honest and Trustworthy

- Vaild Drivers license and clean MDV record.

-Ability to explain work to be completed and close sales.

- Ability to place and go up and down extension ladders to view roof areas of structures from the gutter. (Extensive safety and ladder usage training provided.)

- Ability to life 60 lbs.
