Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Warehouse Associate will be responsible but not limited to the picking, packing, unpacking, sorting, and documenting multiple orders in various warehouse departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

• Works under limited supervision and selects from written instructions and established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Responsible for reading orders.
• Responsible for accurately fulfilling orders.
• Works with but not limited to, RF scanners, computers, pallet jacks.
• Drives continuous improvement to achieve production goals.
• Adhere to all safety requirements.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory duties.
Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Education: Not Required
• Experience: No experience is required.
• Experience: Greater than (1-3) years of experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

• Proficient with Reading Orders
• Proficient in following written and verbal instructions.
• Proficient Math Skills
• Interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively with all members of the team.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills is a plus.
• Experience using handheld tools.
• Experience using a RF scanner is a plus.
• Experience using an electric pallet jack is a plus.
