Our Expectations
Our Regional Property Manager oversees multiple commercial properties, including office buildings, shopping centers, and more. This person is responsible for the complete operation of income property including bottom-line financial performance; reaching income goals as set forth by the CEO and client. Our RPM directs on-site personnel of the properties (if applicable) and provides operational and financial oversight and direction.

Education and Experience
- Minimum two years in Commercial Property Management
- California Real Estate License
- Bachelor's Degree -- preferred
- Professional Certification (BOMA, IREM) - a plus
- Knowledge of Yardi software - a plus
