ACP Management is a diversified real estate company who owns and manages both commercial and multi-family assets. The Regional Manager of Property Management is an exempt position and will oversee the multi-family portfolio of over 1,700 units and 14 assets located in L.A. and Orange County, with one property in Las Vegas. The Regional Manager will report directly to the owner of the company and participate in weekly board meetings to provide updated reports on all assets while elaborating on any pending or ongoing projects. The Regional Manager will also provide guidance and leadership to all on-site teams while supporting sales, marketing and maintenance initiatives as required. The Regional Manager will collaborate and work closely with the Vice President, COO and CFO, on a weekly basis.
Requirements and Skills:
· Minimum 5 years working in multi-family Property Management field with experience of managing at least 350 units.
· Supervision experience of no less than 8 Direct Reports.
· 4 Year Degree in Business related field (preferred).
· Must be a self-starter with strong multi-tasking skills and ability to organize large amounts of information.
· Ability to problem solve through critical analysis.
· Microsoft Word and Excel experience (intermediate skill level)
· Yardi Experience (preferred).
Compensation:
· Base Salary Pay Range $110,000 to $150,000 (based on experience).
· Annual bonus dependent upon performance.
