Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Regional Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts within a specific geographical region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing regional sales teams, fostering customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Location- EAST- NY, NJ, DC, FL, GA, MI
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned region to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve sales targets. Coordinate with the global sales team to align regional strategies with overall company objectives.
Team Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team within the region, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching to maximize their potential. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture while overseeing hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and partners within the region. Identify new business opportunities and work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis, including competitor activity, customer preferences, and industry trends within the region. Utilize findings to adapt sales strategies, capitalize on market opportunities, and recommend product enhancements.
Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, performance indicators, and market feedback to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven track record 7+ years in sales leadership roles within the automotive industry, with a focus on electric vehicles or sustainable technology.
Must have OEM experience.
Expected Salary Range: $145,000.00 – $220,000.00 a year.
Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker’s equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.
The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
