Salary Range
$90,000 to $140,000/ annually. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Your Impact
As the Regional Director, you will:
- Oversee multiple regions comprised of 12+ units across the country delivering high-quality and better-for-you food for a loyal customer base
- Work directly with area managers to ensure strong financial performance across your region
- Work with headquarters to develop and instill best practices and new systems in the organization
- Develop budgets and projects for kitchens and focus kitchens to successfully execute
- Drive customer satisfaction to increasingly improve over customer repeat rate and NPS
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years driving results at a successful QSR company directly managing multiple kitchens
- Ability to work in a growing and dynamic operation and act resourcefully to drive results
- Proven experience as a leader who can earn the trust of their team, and motivate them to achieve their goals
- Track record of working in collaboration with headquarters to build new systems and processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, ability to work quickly & cross-functionally on ambiguous problems
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
