Responsibilities:
- Following up on all service appointments
- Working with service manager to ensure that all goals are met
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge
- Maintain a high CSI
- Update customers on their vehicles’ status
- Achieve high hours per RO
Requirements:
- Ability to create a memorable experience for our customers
- A passion to welcome people to our business environment
- Will make servicing a car fun and enjoyable
- Ability to work in a positive business environment
- At Least 1 Year Experience as a Service Advisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
