As a Referral Account Coordinator, you are responsible for the timely response to call center inquiries. You will be facilitating and coordinating the admission of referrals from Pinnacle Treatment Centers business development and patient navigation teams, as well as external referrals, seeking treatment at a Pinnacle Treatment Centers facilities. You will also help facilitate facilities with coordination of moving patient through different levels of care within the Pinnacle Treatment Centers continuum of care.
Requirements:
- High school or GED Required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience and/or knowledge of the treatment industry.
- Ability to connect and coach staff
- Experience working with a team setting
Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with internal marketing, business development, and patient navigation teams to ensure communication between referral sources and Admissions Center functions efficiently
- Communicate and collaborate with multiple departments to coordinate patient movement through Pinnacle Treatment Center offerings
- Work with Admission Center leadership to assess bed availability and line up future admissions
- Identify potential referrals who will require additional levels of focus to increase referrals
- An ability to complete all other Care Coordinator tasks as required
