We are on an exciting trajectory of growth that has put us in the position to seek an Accounts Coordinator that will be an integral part of the team in supporting our clients, contractors, onboarding, and intake teams.

Job Description

· Administer weekly timecard entry for managed accounts. Contact employees with missing time and entering into timekeeping system.

· Conduct welcome calls with Payroll candidates and send start details as required.

· Review applications and forward to the appropriate recruiter.

· Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate updates.

· Conduct onboarding initiation with newly assigned candidates.

· Source candidates for open projects.

· Serve as a backup of Accounts Management Team.

· All other tasks as assigned.

Background We are Seeking

· High School Diploma or equivalent and/or equivalent experience.

· Excellent phone communication, written, and verbal skills.

· Accuracy in daily work and other projects.

· Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.

· Have a strong work ethic, with a desire to learn and grow.

· Adherence to policies, procedures and instructions.

· Ability to maintain good working relationships.

· Have strong computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and MS Outlook.

· A high degree of professionalism and punctuality.

· Be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
