Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing US government bidding and negotiating process
- Project Management acumen, prioritization and assessment of multiple projects; including estimation, cost control, strategy, budgeting, and timelines, Full documentation, from estimate to project completion
- Accountable and communicative with stakeholders, as well as prospective and current clients
Construction Project Manager Requirements:
- 5 years of construction estimation: mid-large scale City of Chicago, State of Illinois, and/or US Federal Government projects
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred
- Certified Cost Professional (CCP) / Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) preferred
