What The Position is About:

• Manage, plan and organize all aspects of events
• Recruit, hire, train and manage marketing staff (brand promoters)
• Develop and manage event budgets
• Responsible for sourcing and staffing events
• Collaborate closely with vendors and service providers to guarantee a positive experience for all parties involved
• Foster strong relationships with clients, sponsors, speakers, and attendees to understand their needs to deliver exceptional events
• Oversee all operations and ensure that events run smoothly, including troubleshooting any problems that arise

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Proven events management experience
• B2C retail experience is a huge plus
• Home improvement industry experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent training and coaching skills
