QSR Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 1+ years of proven experience in General Manager or Assistant General Manager roles
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities
- Hands-on management approach, leading by example
- Proficient in financial management
- Serve Safe certification required
