Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates and build a talent pipeline
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HR database
- Collaborate with HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes
Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
- Strong knowledge of training development principles and practices
- Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers
- In-depth understanding of employment labor laws and regulations
- Experience using HR sourcing tools such as ADP or similar platforms
- Ability to conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates
- Familiarity with employee orientation processes and best practices
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for candidate tracking and management
- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive offers for selected candidates
