Position: Accounting Manager
Pay Range: $75, 000 - $85, 000/year DOE
Responsibilities:
Preparation of month-end and year-end closings and accompanying financial reports
P&L accounting and multistate accounting
Assist in providing documentation for internal & external financial audits
Prepare monthly financial analysis of operating expenses
Identify process improvement opportunities
Reconcile financial ledgers and records
Prepare financial statements and general ledger
Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries
Review and audit all accounts payable
Prepare bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
Perform special department projects and ad hoc analysis as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Accounting and/or CPA
10+ years of experience as an Accounting Manager or senior accountant
Must be polished and professional
Proficient in Salesforce & Netsuite
Self-motivated, passionate, and hungry to make a big impact
Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace and quick-moving environment
Candidate must sit onsite in San Diego, CA
