Job Description
Pay Range: $94,500 to $111,500 per year
The Talent Management Manager will attract, hire, develop, and retain talented Team Members. This role is critical in executing our key HR strategy and initiatives, providing available and responsive internal TEAM member support, while driving HR functional excellence and process improvements.
Essential Job Functions:
- Source and recruit Top Talent who align with the Company's cultural pillars.
- Manage full cycle recruiting on a variety of positions across the organization, including partnering with hiring managers to learn job requirements, sourcing, generating passive candidates, interviewing, scheduling, and preparing offer letters.
- Consultant to hiring managers to develop an effective sourcing strategy to attract and hire a diverse pool of talent, providing consultancy and advising on strategy.
- Build and maintain an effective college recruiting and internship program, reporting on event metrics.
- Partner with high school and college counselors/department leaders to develop a school-to-career relationship and talent pool.
- Partners with Compensation; researches and proposes competitive pay to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Maintains compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to remain compliant.
- Maintain staffing requirements by staying informed of organizational plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss business needs.
- Talent acquisition and sourcing support for Corporate and Operations positions; applicant review, sourcing tools and solutions.
- Take ownership of candidate experience and onboarding, designing, and managing job descriptions, postings, and position requirements.
- Participate in job fairs and industry-related career events, coordinating events with hiring managers.
- Connect closely across the HR Community and with key business stakeholders to ensure awareness and understanding of key business priorities for the Team.
- Creative and innovative approach to problem solving, developing recruiting processes to drive positive business outcomes and effectiveness with a focus on simplification.
- Demonstrate an agile mindset by embracing new technologies in the end-to-end recruiting process to develop and execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, accurately assess candidates, increase the effectiveness of services while improving the candidate experience, driving increased quality of hire, decreasing time to fill, enabling process excellence in recruiting and fostering a talent advisor mindset with the Team and HR business partners.
- Partner with corporate communications/HR to develop & manage employer branding, social media strategy/recruitment materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience recruiting and sourcing, driving time and priority management in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Strong Technical System skills (MS Office, HCM, ATS).
- Exemplary collaboration and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail and problem solving.
- Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment, closing complex positions, negotiating compensation packages, and building an innovative and sustainable talent acquisition strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as formal presentation and facilitation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills: Ability to work in a very faced-paced, constantly changing environment with Team members and applicants from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable making decisions independently.
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of business partners.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
- Must be able to travel at least 30% (college recruiting and career fairs)
