Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with the development and implementation of training programs for new hires
- Manage social media platforms to attract potential candidates and promote job openings
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and answering any questions
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Negotiate offers of employment with selected candidates
Experience
- Previous experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role preferred
- Strong knowledge of training development principles and practices
- Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
- Experience using ADP or other HR software systems for candidate tracking and onboarding
- Ability to source candidates using various methods, including online job boards and networking events
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Familiarity with employee orientation processes and onboarding procedures
- Experience negotiating job offers with candidates
(Note that the salary is based on commission of 3-5% of monthly total Net Sales Income.)
