This role involves managing English and Spanish calls and handling computer tasks such as spreadsheets, data entry, internet searches, and emails. General Daily Functions
- Gather comprehensive assignment details from customers and use them to deliver efficient and tailored customer service.
- Conduct interviews and assessments with applicants to thoroughly evaluate their qualifications for specific assignments.
- Match qualified employees with customer work orders to fulfill staffing needs effectively.
- Monitor temporary employee attendance and performance.
- Source and recruit temporary employees to establish a robust pool of candidates with high-demand skill sets.
- Respond promptly to telephone inquiries from customers and employees, providing the information they need.
- Regularly update and maintain accurate records for both customers and employees to guarantee completeness and precision.
Requirements for This Position
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as Administrative Support
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Professional demeanor with positive attitude
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities
- Strong sense of urgency and adaptability
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in a team
- Able to handle confidential documents in a secure environment
- Effective communication skills
