Operations Specialist (Home Care Recruiting and Scheduling)

Always Best Care Senior Services of Austin is seeking a professional with Recruiting and Scheduling experience in the home care industry. The Operations Specialist is a key role in our rapidly growing home care agency. Currently, the Operations Specialist role is part-time (24 hours per week) and will quickly be needed on a full-time basis. If desired, additional caregiving hours can be assigned in order to work 40 hours per week.

Requirement: Must have direct experience with Recruiting and Scheduling functions within the home care industry.

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Must be 18 years or older
· High School diploma or GED preferred
· Must have experience with home care recruiting (interviews, onboarding, etc.)
· Must have experience with home care scheduling (matching caregivers to clients, updating schedules, interfacing with caregivers, interfacing with clients)
· Need reliable transportation and auto insurance
· Required to pass background check and random drug screens
· Have access to email and a mobile smart device
· Good verbal, written and reading skills
· Previous experience is required
· CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training a plus but not required
· Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
