The position works out of the offices located on the Northwest Medical Center campus on La Cholla Blvd and Orange Grove Rd in Tucson, AZ.
Responsible for assessing and ensuring application of policy and process to assigned HR areas of expertise in a high volume healthcare environment. This includes validation of qualification for employment, benefits, payroll or other applicable HR areas as assigned.
Education
Required: Bachelors degree in HR or business field or equivalent experience
Experience
Required: Two (2) years experience in a role requiring significant public contact.
Preferred: Two (2) years Human Resources experience.
