Recruiting Administrative Support (Temporary/Contract)

What We Need:

We are looking for Recruiting Administrative Support to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings - Operations team in Muscatine, IA!

What You Will Do:
This position will be to primarily support the Operations MFG Recruiting Team. Duties will include:

• Helping with walk-in traffic apply
• Assist with orientation check-ins
• Scanning in documents to our applicant tracking system
• Screening candidates as they come in or apply online (as needed)
• Assisting with drug screening + adding in the form to Accurate for the instant drug test results
• Assisting with onboarding new hires (in real-time as hires are confirmed), guiding them through the onboarding process (online or during a set in-person scheduled time), and any potentially associated rehire keying of rehire forms.
• Updating and managing the centralized onboarding
• Proctor skilled trades assessments as needed/if needed
• Any and all other duties as assigned to support the hourly and salaried manufacturing team

What You Have:

• Interest or background in Talent Acquisition is preferred, but not required.
• Prior customer facing customer service / Administrative Support experience
