Shive-Hattery’s Corporate office has an opening for an Administrative Support team member! At Shive-Hattery, our success is due to our people! A successful Corporate Administrative Support person is a problem solver with excellent communications skills and attention for detail. The ideal candidate should also have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. An ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.
Essential functions include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department and other corporate teams.
- Provide Administrative Support to our corporate teams and corporate leaders.
- Majority of support provided to our Recruitment and Learning & Development team.
- Coordinate travel.
- Manage multiple calendars.
- Enhance satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- Compose written communications and proofread documents.
- Maintaining employee files and the HRIS.
- 2 years minimum administrative office experiences a must.
- Experience supporting a large group of diverse professional staff.
- Curiosity and ambition to analyze and understand how HR functions at S-H.
- Must have excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ideal candidate must possess a passion and drive for administrative technology.
- Experienced Microsoft 365 User-additional software experience a plus.
- An aptitude for learning and using new or different technology.
