Job Summary
The Recruiter Admin will be responsible for assisting the recruiting team in managing and executing the talent and recruitment strategy aligned with organizational and business unit goals.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruiting admin tasks to include:
- Manage time keeping system for talent pool.
- Follow up calls with potential candidates.
- Interview scheduling.
- Monthly check in calls with potential candidates.
- Onboarding of candidates.
- Manage recruiting workflows.
- Post jobs to numerous job boards.
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, including a professional and diplomatic demeanor with a high degree of confidentiality
- Must be proactive, self-directed, and highly organized
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of HR recruiting software preferred
Education and Experience
- High school diploma
- Excellent computer skills
- Customer service skills required
- Experience working with multiple clients
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Must be detailed oriented
