We are looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Recruiter to find great talent for our ECE programs. The Associate Recruiter plays a critical role in finding high-quality, mission-aligned Preschool Teachers, Directors, and other support staff. This individual will work closely with our Directors while managing and guiding quality candidates through our selection and hiring processes. This individual should have reliable transportation to attend various recruitment events locally. This job is 100% on-site at our Corporate Office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all onboarding task of all new hiring
- Manage on site orientation once a week with support of Lead Recruiter
- Build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with Directors and Regional Directors
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the community
- Undertake other duties as needed
- Ability to meet quarterly KPIs

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience of full cycle recruiting preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a school or community-based organization setting preferred
- Experience using Paylocity and Clear Company is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Keen attention to detail
- Self-directed and results-oriented
- Maturity and strong communication skills
