Required Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support on employee relations as needed, including leading and closing out workplace investigations. Grow a culture of engagement by organizing various activities that drive company values and strategy. Serve as first point of contact for HR questions and provide first level support to and act as a central contact for all employees and provide support to other HR Coordinators or HR Generalists at plant location as applicable. The HR Generalist is responsible for managing a range of activities related to analytics, work force management, onboarding, policies/practices, and guidelines that foster a proactive work culture. Serving as the point-of-contact for associates, managers, and directors, this individual delivers value-added service that reflects our business objectives and support our mission and values. Act as process owner and leader for data and analytics for Manufacturing team, including providing regular analysis of turn over, employee movement, and highlighting key HR processes to the broader organization. Provide data and understand nuances of global data requests. Highlights trends seen in data over time. Manage employee changes/additions/terminations, LOA, interactive process meetings, return to work processes, and other HR program administration. Conduct and analyze exit interviews.ABOUT YOU: You have a bachelor s degree in HR or related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, within a unionized and/or industrial environment, required. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred. SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred. You are bi-lingual and are fluent English/Spanish, required. You have knowledge and understanding of California employment law, principles, policies, processes and technology, required. You are highly organized, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines in a multi-task, fast-paced environment.
