We are seeking a talented and versatile professional to join our rapidly growing team as a Recruiter and Human Resource Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for both field and professional positions, as well as providing administrative support in various human resource activities throughout or various locations. Your expertise will be critical in identifying and attracting top talent across different job levels and functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting our employees throughout their employment lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for field and professional positions.
- Create effective job ads and post as needed on job search sites and company social media accounts.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, industry events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for both field and professional roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and ensure a clear understanding of the requirements for each position.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages in collaboration with the HR team and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and applicant tracking system (ATS) data.
Human Resource/Office Coordinator:
- Conduct all pre-boarding processes and documentation:
- Provide formal offer letters and confidentiality agreements.
- Schedule and monitor pre-employment background checks and drug and alcohol tests as needed.
- Assign applicable training.
- Assist in the maintenance of employee records, including personal information, benefits enrollment, performance evaluations, and training records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Support corporate office by managing events, ordering site specific office supplies and receiving vendors and guests.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role, with a track record of successfully recruiting for both field and professional positions.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, and applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws for both field and professional employees.
- Proven record of taking initiative, working without supervision and beginning and seeing through projects independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite. Paylocity experience a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
