HR Recruiter Job Duties:
- Take recruiting ownership of assigned job requisitions.
- Develop working relationships with Hiring Managers and HR community.
- Schedule intake calls with Hiring Manager, understand job requirements and interview process.
- Develop job averts for postings.
- Source and screen candidates. Submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
- Schedule interviews and extend job offers.
- Manage recruiting process in our applicant tracking system (Workday).
- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of broad recruiting experience required.
- Previous experience filling plant operator and craft positions is required.
- Experience working for a Chemical or manufacturing organization is mandatory.
- ATS experience required; Workday is a plus.
- Must be located within daily commuting distance of Port Neches, TX.
