We are seeking a Job Coordinator Recruiterto join our team! You will perform activities in human resources, from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- High call volume
- Implement company culture, values, and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, energetic person with excellent people skills. Health, Life, and Dental Insurance. Paid Holidays and Vacation After 90 Days.
Hours Monday-Friday 8 am-4:00 pm
12 Paid Holidays Vacation -Health, Life and Dental Insurance
