Essential Job Duties:Essential Job Duties: Reporting to the Employer Engagement Manager, the Recruiting Coordinator provides white-glove customer service and recruiting event coordination for employer partners as they engage with Poole College undergraduate and graduate students.
Event coordination:
Provides white glove event coordination for a wide array of in-person and virtual campus recruiting events (coffee chats, panels, info sessions, TREKs, career fairs, etc.
Communicates regularly with external partners and university recruiting teams to plan, schedule, and execute a wide range of campus recruiting activities, including career fairs, information sessions, coffee chats, panel discussions, TREKs, and interview schedules.
Responsible for planning and logistics of campus recruiting events, including room reservations, catering orders, van and/or bus reservations, coordinating with vendors, posting and promoting events in CRMs, through student clubs, and career center staff; facilitating events from start to finish, and troubleshooting on the fly.
Confidently provides a high level of service as host to a wide range of employer partners during recruiting events, from human resources associates to CEOs at start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Day-to-day oversight of job postings for undergraduate and graduate students using ePACK/Symplicity and 12Twenty CRMsDesigns student and employer-facing marketing materials for upcoming events and recruiting activities Works with career center staff to organize the annual recruiting calendar for undergraduate and graduate recruiting events, including all deadlines and processes
