The Day-to-Day:
- Oversees and manages timely execution of scheduling onsite/virtual and hybrid interviews for the US and EMEA.
- Maintains clear communication and provides accurate information throughout the scheduling process with hiring partners, recruiters, candidates and other team members.
- Manages all candidate travel arrangements through booking flights, hotel, transportation, as well as initiating and tracking reimbursement.
- Collaborates with recruiters and hiring partners to solution high visibility/complex interview inquires.
- Solicits input from the recruiting team and other Business Units on how to improve interview coordination processes and identifies ways to improve the candidate experience.
