We’re seeking a professional, responsible, and outgoing person to work as a scheduler/receptionist in our fast paced, busy service department.

You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and mainly be responsible scheduling customer service appointments and other administrative-support duties.

Responsibilities of a Full Time Service Scheduler:

• Answer all incoming calls for the service department
• Schedule customer service appointments
• Transfer/route all calls, take messages as needed
• Assist all customers (on the phone and in-person) with basic dealership information
• Provide administrative support to the front desk as needed (faxing, filing, etc.)

Requirements of a Full Time Service Scheduler:

• Excellent customer service skills Valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Professional attitude and attire a must
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
