Overview:
La Fe Tortilleria is a family-owned tortilla manufacturing company. We are seeking a bilingual and professional Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
-Answer customer's emails in a timely manner
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Quickbooks
