We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a home health agency's office setting and possess excellent customer service skills. This position requires strong computer literacy and the ability to perform various administrative tasks.
```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Assist with patient check-in, registration, and insurance verification
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with office management tasks as needed
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience working in a home health agency's office preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
