We are looking for a highly enthusiastic person with great customer service and the ability to multi task. This person would be responsible for answering phones for a high volume office, greeting all patients, checking in patients, collecting insurance information, along with any co-pay or monies due. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments along with confirming appointments. Billing patient exams to the appropriate insurance companies. Obtaining eligibility and verifying insurance for upcoming appointments.
