SalaryHempstead area small,( two operatories) Dental Office is looking for an experienced ,bilingual ( English/Spanish) dental receptionist/Assistant ,two days a week. Hours 9:30 to Close ( About 5 PM) Salary will be based on experience .
```Duties```:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the Dental Office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean reception area
```Requirements```:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using Dental Office software
- Knowledge of Dental Office systems and terminology
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with dental insurance processes and billing processes
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 16 per week
Schedule:
