We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Office Assistant to oversee the operation of our facility in New York, NY.
Shift from7:30 am-4:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Distribute name badges to visitors and temporary employees
- Schedule meeting rooms for various events
- Answer and transfer incoming calls from across the United States
- Participate in company and community service events
- Perform light administrative tasks and provide PC support as needed
- Maintain company phone lists and calendars
- Update automated messaging center daily
- Assist other teams with tasks as required (e.g., labeling, compiling manuals)
- Order, maintain, and distribute promotional items
- Uphold the company's Vision, Values, and Mission
Qualifications:
- Experience Booking Meetings with Software (e.g., Rendezvous)
- Familiarity with ARC phone system
- Able to manage high-volume calls effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a corporate or law firm setting
- Must maintain a professional appearance with black pants, shirts, and shoes
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are essential
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
