Position Overview:
Edgesource is seeking a Communications Intelligence (COMINT) Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals working full-time / onsite in the Northern Virginia area in support of our government Sponsor.

Job Duties:

  • Evaluate, analyze, and document the signals and protocol environment of assigned accesses.
  • Where appropriate, design scripts to automate process and assist in analysis and innovate solutions to Sponsor's most challenging intelligence problems.
  • Assess the implication of changes in the environment and coordinate their assessment with mission and collection management counterparts.
  • Discuss complex technical concepts to non-technical personnel in order to complete the Sponsor's mission.
  • TDY travel at the request of the client / as needed.


Required Qualifications:

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience or 9+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Graduate of SIGE2810, SIGE3810, or 450/451 Signals Analysis Course and / or other formal training in DSP/Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with SIGINT collection, SIGINT digital signal processing, or technical work in a ground station operations area.
  • Experience with using specialized IC SIGINT tasking, collection, exploitation, analysis, and mapping tools.
  • Knowledge of SIGINT requirements and intelligence oversight policies.
  • Ability to evaluate system inaccuracies and identify improvements.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel TDY as required.
