Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth operations of the office
Requirements:
- Computer literacy, Microsoft excel & Word processor
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
