Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to various departments. Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with order entry

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with front desk operations and customer service
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
