Office Assistant
Duties:
- Visit all houses once a week to talk to staff and check on clients
- Provide exceptional customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Utilize Google Suite to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and maintain Staff Schedule
- Assist with Members medical rides and appointments as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar software
- Familiar with Android /Apple phones ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
