BBB is looking for a high energy, enthusiastic customer service employee who can successfully demonstrate a positive attitude and provide consumers and businesses with phenomenal service.

In this position, this employee will:

Answer public phone lines and set an example of excellence in customer service. Receive, manage and send out all complaint correspondence within established time lines.

Update company reports as needed making certain reporting standards are met. Act and interact effectively and productively to provide timely, quality complaint handling. Build appropriate rapport with consumers and businesses. Listen attentively and actively to encourage open communication.

To be successful in this position candidates must:

Possess a sincere passion for customer service and offer superb telephone etiquette. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent people skills, good organizational skills, as well as reliable attendance are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
