We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Skills:
- Strong project coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Proficiency in office management software, Excel, Google Suite
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus
- Ability to quickly learn new computerized systems
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
