Main duties include:
*Answering phones; scheduling service calls and directing callers to the correct person/department
*Filing and organizing paperwork
Minor duties include:
*Minimal troubleshooting for service related calls
*Minimal parts/fixture ordering for service calls
*Other misc. tasks as assigned by department managers
Microsoft office experience helpful but not required.
