Are you passionate about skin health and interested in the operations of a medical spa? We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Personal Assistant to join our team at a high volume skin care clinic that focuses on internal health and skin health.
Responsibilities:
- Track inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Light cleaning of office common areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Aid clients in paying and checking out after their appointments
- Run personal errands for the clinic as required
- Pack and ship online orders to customers
- Create content and blog ideas related to skin health and our clinic's services
Requirements:
- Interest in skin care and willingness to learn about the medical spa industry
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
