Title: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Job Description: Residential construction/remodeling company seeks upbeat and friendly full time or part time office assistant. You will be handling incoming phone calls, maintaining customer database, performing general office duties, and running various errands. Good verbal and writing skills required. Excellent filing and organizational skills a must. Experience with QuickBooks desktop and Microsoft Office required. Accounts payable and receivable.
Work Hours & Benefits:
· Our hours are from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. PART TIME OPTION

Essential Duties, Requirements and Responsibilities:
· Bookkeeping AP/AR [forecasting]
· Assist with project management
· File construction permits
· Schedule building inspections and client appointments
· Local office errands
· Answer phones with strong customer service abilities
· Administrative office duties, filing, data entry, etc.
· Valid driver’s license required [good driving record]
· Microsoft Suite
· Quick Books
· Ability to collaborate well with others
· Good verbal and written communication skills
