We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Receptionist /Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Bestech is a Construction company who performs asbestos abatement and demolition.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Maintain employee records
- Perform all other office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or general or sub contracting construction companies
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
1 week paid vacation after 1st year of employment, Six paid Holidays and paid sick leave as accrued. After a probationary period of 90 days you qualify for company health insurance.
