The essential functions of this position are the following:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Produce and distribute correspondence including but not limited to: letters, emails, faxes, and forms
- Manage electronic databases and physical files
- Maintain calendar systems for the attorneys
- Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
Requirements:
· Proven admin or assistant experience
· Strong attention to detail, very organized and motivated
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Superior computer skills, using Microsoft Office Suite
· Knowledge of Tabs3/Practice Master software helpful, but not required
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
