Description:
Colonial Coatings Corporation an experienced leader in anodization, surface sealing, sacrificial coating, and thermal spraying for major manufacturers within the aerospace industry such as: Boeing, Honeywell, Pratt & Whitney, Sikorsky Aircraft, Rolls Royce, and their global sub-tiers. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to help with billing, purchasing, and other general administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Invoicing – generate invoice, packing slips, and certifications in accordance with customer purchase order requirements to accompany shipment of outgoing parts
- Review invoices and email to customers
- Customer record keeping and file maintenance
- Answer phones, transfer calls, and page internal parties via intercom system
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist management with any ad-hoc tasks/deliverables
- Check employee call-out line every morning
- Record safety committee minutes
Required:

- Ability to work individually and within a team setting
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise, Microsoft word, and Microsoft Excel
