We are currently seeking a full-time on-site Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance for the agency. The administrative assistant will oversee the front office tasks including directing calls and meetings and greeting all visitors and guests.
We are looking for someone who is both self-motivated and works successfully in a team. Our team will depend on this person for their reliability and great organizational skill, and they must have a welcoming personality and embrace a challenge.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge of general office operations, practices, and procedures and have the ability to accomplish work with frequent interruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
- General office duties: answer phones/direct calls, greeting and welcoming all guests and visitors.
- Provide administrative support to the agency.
- Keep all office supplies stocked and available.
- Maintain agency files, forms, and records as requested.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Monitor conference rooms including scheduling meetings.
- Make recommendations that enhance the office's efficiency and capacity to meet the demands of the agency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in administration.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong work ethic emphasizing both efficiency and quality of work.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Satisfactory background check and driving record.
