Responsibilities
- Employ excellent communication skills and detail-oriented expertise when greeting and checking-in patients, verifying/registering demographic information, and collecting copays
- Engage patients and family members in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain and oversee multi-practitioner appointment calendar
- Maintain clean and organized front desk and reception area
- Assist clinicians and medical assistants with paperwork, phone calls, and test scheduling as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of one year experience working in a medical setting preferred
- Hands on experience with medical software (Epic preferred)
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work as a team member and independently

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
